Enhanced genetically after birth, Buddha developed an undying contempt for the "weaknesses" of the human race, and he is determined to wipe the slate of humankind clean with his science and training and produce a population of highly-evolved beings to rule the planet. Eliminating substandard specimens of life is his primary concern. He has set his sights on a potential breeder for this new species, and is determined to thwart Digger Blue's plan to keep her out of his clutches.
