The Majestic
The Majestic: 
The Majestic is supposed to be Jim Carrey's most dramatic performance to date. This movie should show the world that there is more to Jim Carrey than funny faces and that he actually is a good dramatic actor. Carrey stars as a Hollywood screenwriter who has a car accident and ends up in a small town with a case of amnesia. As he struggles to remember who he is, he forges meaningful relationships with the people of the town. But what happens when he finally remembers who he is? I probably shouldn't spoil it so if you want to know, go see the movie and find out. The bad thing with the movie is that the script was a tad cheesy and the emotional moments seemed to be a little forced. It was approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes which was way too long for this movie. There were some very slow moments which should have probably ended up on the deleted scenes section of the DVD.
